Handle Types
We offer Handles formed from wire and strip steel. We can manufacture wire forms with a wire diameter of 0.016” all the way up to 0.625” (0.4 mm to 16 mm).
Material Types
The most common material types for Handles are cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass. However, we are happy to explore alternative materials at your request.
Finishing Types
We take care of finishing requirements such as:
- Heat treatment: Stress relieving, Austempering, Harden and Tempering, Vacuum Heat Treating, Neutral Atmosphere Hardening, and Case Hardening
- Plating: Zinc, Cadmium, Tin, Copper, Nickel and Brass
- Passivate: Acid treatment of stainless steel to remove contaminants and improve corrosion resistance. It is recommended for medical and food industries.
